The Dead Sea Tourism and Real Estate Investment Company was established in 2003 as a partnership between the King Abdullah II Fund for Development (KAFD) and a group of Jordanian and Arab investors. The company was founded with the objective of developing the eastern shore of the Dead Sea through integrated tourism and real estate projects that enhance the region’s position as a leading tourism and investment destination at both the regional and international levels.

The company develops high-quality projects in accordance with international standards, contributing to economic development, strengthening the investment environment, and creating sustainable employment opportunities in Jordan.
